It incorporates the units required for the National Certificate in Hospitality (Cookery) (Levels 2 and 3) and National Certificate in Hospitality (Food and Beverage Service) (Level 2).
On completion of the programme, you will be eligible to sit the City & Guilds of London 7065 Certificate in Food Preparation and Culinary Arts examination.
