You'll earn plenty of practical, hands-on experience running NMIT's training restaurant, The Rata Room, and well recognised qualifications that will take you anywhere in the world. This programme will provide you with training in cookery to prepare you for the exciting hospitality sector. You will learn practical skills and knowledge along with an awareness of the wider industry. This process is facilitated by running the School restaurant and a ten-week industry placement
