This means we oversee, supervise, assist and review all nationally recognised training for chefs, waiters, porters, hotel receptionists, house-keepers, duty managers and bar persons. We encourage employers to implement systems of in-house training that lead to nationally recognised qualifications for their staff. We also provide support and guidance to schools, polytechnics and providers teaching and assessing Unit Standards in the form of hospitality courses.
